ASS Products currently ships to destinations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Keep in mind that shipping outside of the lower 48 states can be more expensive. Customers in Canada are responsible for paying any duties and taxes associated with international shipping.
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, we aim to get it on its way to you! Your order ships directly from our small family business not from a warehouse. Check your address carefully! We only guarantee delivery to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement. Additional delivery options such as ‘signature required’ are available to the customer and should be selected as needed.
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has been placed, please send a detailed email including your name, order number and best form of contact to operations@jassproductline.com within the first 24 hours after your purchase. We cannot guarantee the change or cancellation if received after this timeline.
All orders totaling $150 or more are eligible for free shipping.
All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped. Please check your tracking number. Though products normally ship within the first 48 hours of the order being placed, once it is with the mail carrier, we can no longer affect the timeline and are not responsible for any carrier delays.
Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific item. Rest assured we will work hard to get the item(s) through production and on their way to you as fast as possible. We are constantly honing our processes to avoid undue delays.
If Carrier confirms delivery to the address on file but you have not received it, we encourage you to first contact the carrier and if unresolved, then notify us.
If an order arrives with damaged product, please immediately send us a picture of the damaged item by email to operations@jassproductline.com. Include your order number, name and contact information.
Due to the perishable nature of our JASS Naturals product line, we do not accept returns of those items. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per customer.
We make every attempt to minimize the use of excess plastic in our packaging. Our oils and some other items are shipped in small plastic bags to avoid any accidental spillage.
All packing slips are ‘gift receipts’ meaning that they do not show purchasing cost for items.
To a limited extent we offer pick-up service at a Brooklyn, NY location. If you select this option you will be notified when your order is ready and available for pick-up. The timeframe varies from week-to-week according to salon business hours.
